1. Introduction

1.1 The "Subscribe and Win a Trip to Bali" competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition") is organised by Cater From Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser").

1.2 By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Competition is open to all new subscribers or customers who register their email address with the Organiser during the Competition Period.

2.2 Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

3. Competition Period

3.1 The Competition begins on 17/07/2024 and ends on 30th September 2024 at 11:59 PM (local time) (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition Period").

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter the Competition, participants must subscribe or become a customer of the Organiser during the Competition Period and provide a valid email address.

5. Prize

5.1 The prize for the Competition is a return trip to Bali, which will be awarded as the lesser of a return airfare ticket to Bali or $700 (AUD) airfare voucher.

5.2 The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered if the actual airfare is less than $700.

6. Selection of Winner

6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.

6.2 The draw will take place on 1st October 2024.

6.3 The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry.

7. Announcement of Winner

7.1 The Competition results will be announced on the Organiser's website and social media channels on 1st October 2024.

8. Right to Cancel or Amend

8.1 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Organiser's control.

8.2 If there are fewer than 100 new subscribers or customers during the Competition Period, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Competition. In such an event, participants will be informed via the email address provided at the time of entry.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the participant's prior consent.

10. General

10.1 The Organiser's decision in respect of all matters to do with the Competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10.2 By entering this Competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
